There are many excellent internet sites around to help you with your teaching. Please keep an eye on this page as I start to build a library of some of the best educational sites on the internet.

  • Te Kete Ipurangi - The Online Learning Centre
    TKI is a bilingual portal-plus web community which provides quality assured educational material for New Zealand teachers, school managers, and the wider education community.

  • New Zealand Qualifications Authority
    The New Zealand Qualifications Authority provides national and international leadership in assessment and qualifications. The NZQA quality assures secondary and tertiary qualifications and education providers, evaluates overseas qualifications and administers the New Zealand Register of Quality Assured Qualifications and the National Qualifications Framework, including the NCEA.

  • SOUNZ - Centre for New Zealand Music
    SOUNZ is a music information centre promoting the music of New Zealand through a range of services, projects and activities. They have a comprehensive database of works, composers, scores and recordings and currently hold details of over 6,000 works by more than 250 composers. SOUNZ also has a library from which you can borrow books, recordings and scores for up to two months.
